Questions people ask
- Is the $30 service charge extra?
- Yes — it's on top of the job price. It covers the trip and the first look, and it applies once per visit however many jobs you bundle into that visit.
- Why is the price a range instead of one number?
- Ranges depend on the wall, the wiring and the hardware you have, and I can't see most of that until the old one is off. You get the range up front, and the final price lands inside it once I've seen what's actually there.
- Are materials included in the price?
- Materials are extra and at cost, with the receipt.
- What if my job isn't on the rate sheet?
- Call or text (717) 538-5640 with a photo and I'll give you a number. General work that's not listed is $70 per hour.
